christmas tablerunner

Red and white tablerunner finished. Supereasy to make in a bargello technique. I sew 2"strips together in a row wide enough to be the lenght of the tablerunner, and then sew it close in a circle. I lay the fabrcis flat and cut them at 3" strips. Then I us my seamripper and open them up randomly and sew into a top. Squares are 1.5" * 3" finished size.

Still time to make some quick presents?

Happy sewing, everyone ...

Christmas day, Wanda and I are thinking of you both so this made us seem closer to you by seeing what you are up too! Great job, lots of hours spent on your craft. I haven't finished my quilt yet and Wanda is working on a table runner to get herself motivated, we're going up to Lynden to Tangled Threads to look into a Thimbleberry Block a month class, (if we can dig ourselves out of the snow.) Wanda will be having more time to play around as she got a new job at her old work place with better hours and pay. Finally a break! Miss you, keep on quilting. Mom and Wanda

This is beautiful--simplicity itself and all that gorgeous red and white.
