This is the quilt I made for the 4SQS5. The challenge was to make a monochromatic quilt, only adding black and white. It turned out cheerful and summery.... always a bit sad to let your swap quilts out of the house. But now its on its way to ..... a good home.

OMG I just absolutely LOVE it!
its great, very fun, and the orange is perfect. a quilting friend told me that after finishing a quilt to give away, it needs to live with you for at least two more weeks until you've admired it thoroughly before you can give it away cheerfully.
Someone is going to be very happy!
Oh my goodness! This is fabulous! I love, LOVE it. Someone is very lucky to be receiving it.
What a cute whimmical quilt. Of course orange is my color so it caught me eye right away. Someone is really lucky.
I love it! The recipient is one lucky person!
So pretty and rally interesting. You have to click it to really appreciate it. I love the Heather Ross lawn and I see that huge beachball print from a few years ago (Alexander Henry?) over on the left.
It seems like this might be an easy way to step into pictoral quilts. I'd love to see a tutorial, I might even buy the pattern if you write it!
darling marit! i so love the springy feeling.
Wow, this is a great little quilt! Someone will be very happy to get this one! I love it...orange isn't my favorite color most of the time, but this one just sings! I like how you did the horizon not horizontal, and then the opposite angle on the bottom of the dress. Very fun quilt!
a beautiful and cheerful little quilt-I agree I would love to be on the receiving end-the hand quilting is wonderful
this is such a cutie and brilliant idea
sad it won't be for me, at least I think
I love the quilts you make because they are so cheerful and bright. I especially treasure the one I have from you.
Ohh What a lovely bright quilt! You really inspire me to start collecting orange fabrics.
Thank you!!! I got your package last night. The quilt is perfect! I am so happy to have been your lucky partner. I've blogged about it here.
This is so cute! Makes me want to run make a small quilt myself.
What a fun little quilt! Is it an original design? It's perfect for summer.
