Quilt top is 24" by 40" and is sewn on foundation. This is my first go at using these mostly 1.5" wide strips. I'll keep cutting and saving them, great way to show of your favorite designer and fabric line...This one was intended to be used under my sewing machine to protect my dining room table. Will it ever be used like that? We'll see - maybe I like it too much ; )
Do you save your selvages? There is this lovely blog with lots of inspiration for you...

What a beautiful selvage quilt! Great collection of selvages too. It makes a nice souvenir of your quilting projects.

I just started sewing selvedges onto a base piece of fabric. It can be addictive. I think one quilt piece will be all I do with them, though.

It looks great! Love how all the colors coordinate! I do save my selvages, but not for myself - I send them off to a friend who loves to quilt with them. I'm happy to have at least one less type of scrap in my stash. ;-)
