A second challenge quilt finished this month; my "xoxo" using selvage from favorite fabrics. The blocks are sewn on to a cloth foundation. Stephanie of Loft creations invited us to make and share string quilts, and this is my contribution.
It was fun working with selvages. I'll keep on cutting them at 1.5" and saving them...

This is a very fun little quilt, Marit!
SO adorable! I love how your "little" quilts are often rectangular... it gives them a lot of character!

What a beautiful selvage quilt. Great colors. I'd like to feature it on the Selvage blog.
Absolutely stunning Marit!
Given that you have used a cloth foundation, did you also add batting?
How does this affect the thickness of the quilt?
What a lovely quilt - great finish!
Oh Marit, what a sweet little quilt. The colors remind me of candy and the selvages really add interest.
