a finish

An old ufo (unfinished object) has been transformed into a little quilt: sweet pastel 36" * 45". It has wool batting (a first for me) and is hand-quilted. I have played around with several layouts of these blocks, but ended up with this checkerboard...

Lovely Kaffe Fassett prints and shot cottons.

One down, shrinking list of ufo's.

What's next?

Very sweet indeed! Are the blocks in the first picture the ones you used, just folded into hour glass blocks?

Så deilig at en ufo blir så fin!? Spennende med ull-vatt, jeg har ikke prøvd det ennå. Men mange liker det godt!! AnneK:-)

That is a gorgeous quilt. I love the colors and the quilting. Once again you proved that you don't have to use a complicated pattern to have a fabulous quilt.

Very very cute baby quilt! Love all of the fabrics you have used, Kaffe's shot cottons are definitely one of my favorite solid fabrics. Gorgeous!
