A friday flimsy...
... soft pastel colors
vintage linens in 8" equilateral triangles
10 fat quarters and a pillowcase
finished at 44" by 50"
hard to catch the pale palette...
but I did catch the runaway kitty, drowsy after a visit to the vet (getting multiple shots and antibiotics)
wanting to enjoy the lovely summer day outside...
dream on, kitty... you have to stay indoors for a few days!
The vintage linens are a bit more slippery than quilting cotton when sewing them together. I found it helpful to press (with iron set on steam) the seams open as I put them together. Just love the look of these old prints. So, it's worth the extra effort...
Wish you a wonderful weekend!

It's really pretty, Marit!
Love your dining room, by the way.
Synes dette passet så utrolig godt til kjøkkenet ditt. Nydelige farger :)
