... what a difference two days make ... (a finished quilt top, that is...)
In a 10 by 14 layout this will be 40" * 56". I used most of the charms from the Sweet (Urban Chicks) and Hello Betty (Cloe's Closet)fabric lines, so I think I'll call "her" Sweet Betty.
This design just happened on the design wall, it was my first layout of the hst from my reclaimed box. Very heavily influenced by Katie. But still, like magic, there was exactly enough hst's to fill in this layout. I think it was meant to be ...
; )
On to more closet searching / ufo's and treasure hunting - what else will I find?
What do you think? Do you have a quilt or two waiting to happen as soon as you bring it out of hiding? A couple of years can be a big difference in what potential you see in a wip or ufo's.
So if you're up for it, go on and have some fun!

What fun - a treasure hunt for UFOs. Being a novice, I won't find any quilts but I know I'll find several knitting projects!
I love treasure hunting, and you sure did well on yours; it is very sweet and soft spoken. Beautiful!
I just cleared out the closet and now find myself recollecting.
This time I make sure they get basted. Sooner or later I'll need those pins and have to quilt.
Thanks for the link love. Your's is cute.
Love your quilt. It is amazing how some UFOs can be salvaged. I actually found 3 this week. One I finished piecing, 2 to go.
It is sometimes amazing what you can find in those closets, huh?
This is lovely...
i sure love your quilt top! i agree, a few years can sure make a difference in the direction you take a quilt.
if i dug in my craft room, i don't think i would find much. i keep a pretty tight rein on my wips. people tell me to quilt counting, but i need SOME accountablitiy even if it is just to myself. :)
Oh how I love the layout of your quilt. So unique from just a plain ole zig zag design! Colors are great and refreshing also!!
